The Owner of this home is an artist who loves color. This is a make-over of an Oak & Laminate Kitchen. The existing Oak floor was extended into adjoining rooms, patched, and refinished throughout. The Island cabinetry was replaced with a more functional design, as was the desk area on the right-hand side. The balance of the existing Oak cabinetry was fitted with a new light valance, crown moulding, doors, and drawer fronts. It was then primed, sanded, and painted in place. The counters are 3cm Antiqued Absolute Black granite with a chisled edge. The splash is Slate tile with a tumbled slate inlay. The Appliances are GE Monogram and Jenn-Air. The plumbing fixtures are Blanco, Grohe & ISE The lighting is a combination of Tech & LBL.
