This is a flip which began as a boring 3-bed, 1-bath,1,000 sq. ft. rectangle hidden in the trees. Thirty Five trees were removed to make way for additions. and a paved driveway. I added a large Master Suite in one direction, extended the Living Room in the other direction, and added an oversized, detached, Two-Car Garage. Several interior walls were replaced with Fir beams, and a Bedroom was converted to a Mud/Laundry Room. It's now a 3-bed, 2-bath, 2,000 sq. ft. Z-shape. A low-maintenance Deck was built off the Dining Room and Master, and it recieved a New Roof. All of the Windows and Doors were replaced, with a few New Windows added. The floors are Coastal Maple, the mouldings are Radiata Pine, and the cabinetry is Cherry. The counters are 2cm Silver Grey Granite setting on a stepped 2cm Cherry edge. The appliances are GE Profile & Monogram. The plumbing fixtures are Blanco, Grohe, and Moen, the lighting is a halogen mix.
